In some cases DonorVoice underwrites the cost of the inquiry, in other cases the costs are shared, and in other situations customized research is commissioned and conducted for the client’s exclusive use.
Donor Commitment Study

The Agitator we are currently in the field with a National Benchmark Study on Donor Commitment.
In addition to a large national sample we are also conducting a parallel survey among donors who reside on the house files of organizations collaborating with us on this project.
We are seeking to identify a systematic, math-based, proof-based and theory-based process to measure the strength of the donor relationship and the marketing , communications , fundraising and operational actions organizations can take to affect it.
Automated Tools To Increase Website Engagement
DonorVoice has developed a series of automated tools that enable organizations to increase loyalty and lifetime value for minimal cost and staff time.
These online tools, created for the web, email and social media identify and distinguish ‘loyal’, ‘fence sitting’ and ‘disaffected’ donors. Then using a set of ‘best practices’ they serve up a series of messages and engagement activity designed to increase and measure retention.
