We created this company because we believe three fundamental truths:
- Retention is the problem and solution to your fundraising challenge.
- How a donor feels and thinks about your organization – their Donor Commitment ScoreTM – directly and dramatically impacts whether they stay or go.
- The donor is willing to stay and if you seek their feedback and guidance in the right way, they’ll actually help you retain them.
With these maxims as our guideposts and fundraising, survey research and customer loyalty as our experiential bailing wire we developed a set of donor feedback and survey products to address the massive issue of retention. We see a donor-centric approach to running a non-profit and the ability to skillfully listen to and employ donor/constituent feedback as leading the way into the future. Our products work, we have proof and the bottom line is that using our brand of donor feedback and input we can strengthen your donor relationships and increase retention rates.
The products are also highly actionable, this isn’t your Mother’s survey research. We’re heavy on recommendations and tools that do something and light on long, dull reports that collect dust. We also made sure to address the needs of three departments tasked with pulling it all off – fundraising, marketing/communications and digital.
